Need a delicious cool drink to tide you over the seasons? Try this! Lemon verbena is a sweet lemony herb, and with the added mint, it is refreshment in a gulp!
2 teabags (I used one Earl Grey and one Green)
~ 15 leaves lemon verbena
~ 15 leaves mint
32 fl oz water
[optional] 3 tablespoons honey
Add all the ingredients in a stock pot, and bring to a boil.
Once the water starts boiling, bring the water down to a simmer and let simmer for 20 minutes.
Drink hot, or allow to cool, then refrigerate and drink cold.
