Rosemary and Fennel Pork Chops


Here’s another pork chop recipe! I love pork chops because they are so cheap and delicious. Pork is my favorite meat of all time because it absorbs any flavor that you add to it readily. Just think of pork as a blank canvas for your next masterpiece! I tried a rosemary and fennel rub because I think the two flavors go really well together, and it is something I have in my pantry! Because there is no marinating time involved, this recipe takes as long as it takes to cook your pork!

Ingredients (for 2)

  • 2 center cut pork loin chops
  • sea salt
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • rosemary
  • fennel (slightly crushed)
  • 2 tablespoons of cooking oil



Just before frying or grilling, season the chops with salt, pepper, rosemary and fennel.

Heat the pan on the highest setting of the burner. When the pan is as hot as it can get, add the oil to the pan and put the chops on the pan.

Fry the chops for about 3 minutes on each side, depending on how thick your chops are.


When the chops are nice and brown on both sides, remove from the pan and place on a plate.

Let stand for about 10 minutes before serving.

Serve and enjoy!
